Aftermarket Assassins Clutch Center to Center Alignment Tool For:

Polaris RZR XP1000 / XP Turbo / Turbo S / Pro XP / Turbo R / General / Ranger / Ace


  • Transmission input shaft size (We recommend measuring yours if unsure):
    • Tool #1:  22.4 MM secondary shaft hole Inside diameter. Tool fits 2016-2021 RZR XP Turbo, 2018-2021 RZR Turbo S, 2020-Up Pro XP/Turbo R, All Years RZR RS1, New Body Style Ranger 1000 DOHC models, **2014-15 ONLY RZR XP 1000 AND 2024 ONLY RZR XP 1000**
    • Tool #2:  26 MM secondary shaft hole inside diameter. Tool fits 2016-23 RZR XP 1000, S 900, S 1000, General 1000/General XP 1000, Old Body Style Ranger 900/1000; 2 & 4 seat models.  2016-19 ACE 900. May fit others as well. (Replaces Polaris PN PU-50658-A (for the models listed, or those that call out hole #4 on the OEM tool)
  • This tool is needed whenever you remove the bolts/mounts holding the motor and transmission together.  
  • Center to center tool is laser cut from extremely rigid plastic
  • This is a go/no go type tool.  There are some tolerances within this tool which is by design.  Other expensive tools will be more precise, but motor/transmission torque flex under load will make those tolerances irrelevant. 
  • On RZR turbo models the inner aluminum clutch cover is what sets your distance apart.  However there is still wiggle room in the bolt holes, so the alignment bar should be installed while tightening those bolts as a double check.
  • Center to center distance should be checked if your belt life is suffering.  Many vehicles (especially those non turbo models with the plastic inner cover) do not have the correct center to center distance from the factory.
  • Simply remove your clutches (primary clutch puller needed) and install this tool on the secondary shaft (larger hole).  Bolt the smaller hole end to the crankshaft with your OEM primary clutch bolt OR the supplied bolt. 
  • We also suggest checking belt alignment (different than center to center). 
  • **NO REFUNDS ON THIS ITEM**  Due to the nature of how this tool is used, it will still look new after using.  Because of this, many customers try to return this item after using it.  For this reason, we do not allow returns for any reason on this item.  If looking to borrow one, we'd suggest asking your local UTV shop.  Thanks for understanding!
