  • Fits 2022+ RZR Pro R 4 Cylinder models
  • Complete pump assembly is ready to drop in the tank
  • Extremely high quality fuel pump is compatible with ethanol mixed fuels up to E-85.  The OEM pump does okay with E85, but it's life is limited.
  • High pressure for big fuel demand with our 255 liter per hour pump is perfect for stock vehicles, and a must have for those running forced induction systems
  • The OEM and our pump are pressure regulated with an internal housing regulator.  Our pump has the correct and high quality regulator for the Pro R 4 cylinder.
  • Great replacement if you think/know your factory pump is weak or if your current pump is not working
  • Weak fuel pumps normally show a loss of power/peak RPM at wide open throttle.  As they worsen, you may have low and mid range stumbling as well.  Keep in mind sometimes bad fuel pumps send or allow debris to reach the fuel injector inlet screen and the injectors may also need cleaning or replacing.
  • Pump housing is assembled at the AA facility in the USA
  • We highly suggest using a flashlight to look in the tank with the OEM pump removed.  Make sure you do not have any debris in the tank that would cause new pump failure and clean out the tank if need be.
  • This pump has a simple design without a fuel bucket.  The OEM pump has a fuel bucket that fills from an external filter.  The idea behind the bucket design is to keep fuel sloshing down by filling a smaller space around the pump.  This design is complicated and harder to work on.  Since the filter sits vertically in the tank, it also means it will run out of fuel before a non bucket style design.   This is our reason for going to the non-bucket, traditional style design.  
  • Just FYI, our shop Pro R had a fuel pump fail at 1800 miles after sitting with E85 for 4-5 weeks.  The vehicle started running poorly on a ride, then started going through fuses.  No signs of excess debris in the tank, it was a simple pump failure. 
  • For proper installation procedure please refer to your service manual.  
  • Quick install tip:  These pumps are not as easy as other Polaris models to install.   You must remove the seat base bracket to gain enough access to the pump cover, and then the pump.  To do this, the plastic on either side of the center console must be removed. We suggest pulling the bracket up and holding it in place and not fully removing, it makes going back together easier.  Just pull it apart to gain enough clearance to pull/install the pump.   This will vary with 2 vs. 4 seat models.   You can then remove the fuel pump retaining ring with our tool, or a screwdriver/hammer.
  • You will need to install the supplied 15 amp fuse in place of the OEM 10amp EFI fuse.
